The Activated Artist Fest – a day where community, art, and activism intersect. 

This FREE EVENT is open to all and will showcase local artists and work that blends creativity with social change, featuring classes, interactive workshops, active rest sessions, panel discussions, film screenings, presentations & performances for the public in a broad spectrum of artistic expression from dance, visual art, theater, film, and spoken word. The Activated Artist Fest will be an unforgettable, jam-packed day of art and social justice!

This festival is presented by Create A Space NOW, an interactive social justice and performing art platform, and is in partnership with Schenectady High School being held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM at John Sayles School Of Fine Arts located in Schenectady High School 1445 The Plaza, Schenectady, NY 12308.

Participants can attend one or multiple events. The evening will end with a keynote speaker, screening, and performance. RSVP is required.
